Agreement
A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 is to hold the wedding day. Remaining balance is due on or before wedding day, unless previous arrangements have been made within two weeks prior to wedding date and have been made in writing and signed by both parties: Bride/Groom and Craig Eve of Everything That Counts Photography. Craig Eve reserves the right to abstain from photographing the wedding due to lack of payment. Craig Eve and his staff of professionals will take care of the initial printing of your wedding pictures. In the unlikely event of loss or destruction of the images, Craig Eve’s liability will be limited to refunding all amounts paid to Craig Eve by the undersigned. Craig Eve will have sole discretion in selecting the photographer to cover the event in case of illness, etc., of Craig Eve. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may be amended or modified only by another written agreement signed by both parties. If you change your date and Craig Eve has the “changed” date available, all deposits will be credited towards the new date. If the new date is unavailable the $300.00 deposit is non-refundable. Although the client receives a high resolution copy of all the images, Craig Eve retains the right to use any and all photographs for advertising and marketing purpose.
